Staff are encouraged to nurture their own faith and understanding through opportunities such as further study in Religious Education and Theology, prayer and reflection, retreats and pilgrimages and other faith formation activities.
Our staff are committed to giving witness to the Gospel values in their daily lives by engaging in the head, heart and hands model of faith formation. There are many opportunities for staff to continue to encounter Christ on their own personal faith journey, such as, participation in social outreach through the One Meal Program, Staff Spirituality Days and Local Marist Gatherings.
Many staff members deepen their spiritual awareness by undertaking annual pilgrimages and retreats run by Sydney Catholic Schools and Marist Formation and Life Team. These experiences combined with our various guest speakers including local priests and Catholic agencies help to support a rich understanding of our Catholic Marist way of living.
